The Leavitt Street Inn, in the trendy Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago, had formerly been known as Micky’s Pub. A true neighborhood institution, the new owners were adamant about keeping it a true corner bar…but with updates. Manicorp Inc. was intimately involved with design planning and execution. Three hotel rooms were added as well as a fully built out commercial kitchen, where they are preparing one of Chicago’s most favorite smash burgers.
